Internships

A meaningful internship can be the first step in a rewarding career. If you’re ready to gain hands-on experience and make a difference with clients, you’ve come to the right place.

Depending on area of interest, intern candidates should:

• Be approximately 12-18 months away from completing their bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in accounting or a business or technology related field
• Possess strong communication and computer skills
• Be team players who are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Show a desire to be client-focused

McGladrey has two defined internship periods*, which should accommodate most university student’s schedules:

• Winter internships – January through March/April
• Summer internships – June through August
