Arizona State Savings The Challenge
Arizona State Savings & Credit Union needed analysis of its core processing applications, third-party interfaces, and electronic services. The Solution
In order to determine the true technology needs of the system, we created questionnaires for key personnel at the credit union. With their needs determined, we provided a standard format template of a request-for-proposal (RFP). We developed a short list of software vendors, and invited them to participate in demonstrations, issuing each of them a copy of the RFP. We helped the credit union select the most appropriate software vendors to present their solutions. After vendor presentations were complete, we discussed the results with Arizona State Savings & Credit Union. After complete evaluation and reference checks, we assisted in the final decision on the vendor selection. The Result
