McGladrey Expands Strategic Partnership with National Association of Corporate Directors

Goal is to share corporate governance best practices with board members

Chicago – (May 24, 2012) – McGladrey LLP, the nation's fifth largest provider of assurance, tax and consulting services, recently announced an expansion of its partnership with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Building on the success of previous joint efforts, the expanded partnership will allow McGladrey and NACD to engage further with board members of public companies and forward-thinking private companies through NACD's events, publications and online platforms. A new program for this year includes a research study that will examine the perspectives and challenges inherent in the collaboration between boards and executive management across key business issues, including risk management, executive compensation and the current regulatory environment.
