In 1949, Rudolph Palitz opened its doors and quickly became a trusted advisor to the regional business community. Its merger into McGladrey in 2000 created an even stronger firm with national resources to help serve and grow its clients.

McGladrey acquired two well-respected firms, King of Prussia-based, Mantas, Ohliger, McGary & Quinn and Philadelphia–based Simonson, Lipschutz & Fogel PC., allowing us to even better serve our clients.
