For more than 80 years, we've been helping growing companies achieve their goals and objectives, and our Omaha office is growing with the same determination. We’ve continued to grow our practice since opening in July 2006, adding clients and increasing our local staff to more than 50 employees. We’re pleased to be part of a community that continues to thrive and promote its pro-business climate.

Omaha practice leadership team
Omaha resident Jim Greisch leads the Omaha practice, bringing more than 25 years of experience. In addition to his local leadership role, Jim serves as leader for our firm’s national Financial Services practice.

Tony Urban, a native of Nebraska, leads our Omaha tax practice. He works with clients across many industries to provide tax advice and planning services. Prior to joining McGladrey, Tony served in numerous tax roles with two Big Four accounting firms.

Another local resident, Jean Bartman leads the Omaha location’s state and local tax (SALT) practice, in addition to providing valuable SALT services to McGladrey clients nationwide. Jean has more than 20 years experience advising clients on all aspects of state income and franchise tax and sales and use tax issues in numerous industries. Prior to joining McGladrey, Jean was a state and local tax managing director for a Big Four firm in Omaha.

Our Omaha office serves companies in a variety of industries, with a focus on financial institutions, manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, health care and the public sector, including not-for-profit.
