Caption changes for Part I, Item 4 of Form 10-K and Part II, Item 4 of Form 10-QAs a result of new mine safety rules that recently became effective, the captions for Part I, Item 4 of Form 10-K and Part II, Item 4 of Form 10-Q both have changed from "Reserved" to "Mine Safety Disclosures." Although most issuers are not subject to the new mine safety rules, they should make these caption changes and state that the item is "not applicable" as appropriate. |
