As health care organizations address wage index and occupational mix survey revisions before the Dec. 5, 2011 deadline, consider the following:

• What's the impact of the new pension reporting requirements on your reported wage index data?
• Have you considered all appropriate contract labor at both the hospital and home office levels for inclusion in the wage index data?
