Meet the speakers:

Dwayne Eto, Managing Director
Dwayne conducts strategic business planning sessions for Native American Casino Resorts, directing in-depth analyses and evaluations of the casino’s competitive advantages and its alignment with market positioning.

Bill Woodworth, CPA, Managing Director
Bill is responsible for gaming audits and consulting services and assists in overseeing client service coordination. Bill has worked with more than 40 tribes nationally and is active in all major gaming organizations.

Keith Stoneburner, Managing Director
Keith is responsible for the delivery of all services to tribal government and tribal gaming clients, including audit services and external CPA requirements related to the Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). He also has assisted clients with financing assistance, budgeting, feasibility studies and other management decisions.

Jim Krezek, Managing Director
Jim provides audit and consulting services to gaming entities across the United States and serves as the client service coordinator and audit partner.

Mark Ritsche, Managing Director
Mark has been a member of multiple casino audit teams. He identifies opportunities for improvement in his clients’ businesses and has helped to develop specific plans for taking advantage of those opportunities. Mark is responsible for approving acceptance and continuance of all tribal gaming clients throughout the firm.

Theresa Kain, Director
Theresa specializes in providing services to gaming entities across the United States. With a background in management and finance, she uses her skills, knowledge and experience to assist casinos with business process improvement and internal audit services.

Todd Edwardson, Manager
Todd has authored and implemented casino-wide internal control systems, including the creation of sound internal controls for financial reporting.
