Are you interested in making sense of the uncertainty in the global economy?

Federal Reserve Bank Senior Economist Ray Owens will outline economic trends to help you make sense of the uncertain and volatile global markets.

Unemployment remains high in the U.S., hampering a sluggish recovery. Risks stemming from financial crises abroad are dampening consumer and business confidence. Political in-fighting is complicating policymakers' attempts to stimulate the economy.

Independent from political partisanship, the Federal Reserve plays an integral role in the monetary policy of the Unites States. Federal Reserve Bank Senior Economist Ray Owens will offer his overview of the economic landscape.
