ERP and CRM Team Leadership
Matt Kenney  , principal, manages the West and Central region technology consulting practices. Matt began his McGladrey career as an ERP implementation consultant, leveraging his accounting experience to build systems to help clients better manage their businesses. He is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, overseeing staffing, scheduling and quality control.

Chris Kutt   is a manager of business development for Microsoft Dynamics^™ CRM, Dynamics^™ GP and NetSuite^® with 10+ years helping clients select the business system that best meets their needs and planning implementations, including business process review, discovery and project management.

Lori Biondo   is the Microsoft Dynamics^™ GP project manager and lead project consultant responsible for the complete implementation cycle from design to go live. This includes gathering business requirements, design, project management, data conversion, setup, training, reporting and go live. She specializes in Microsoft Dynamics^™ GP financial management, system design and business process training. Lori is a Microsoft certified technology specialist in Microsoft Dynamics^™ GP Financials.

Ted Welch   is a Microsoft Dynamics^™ GP lead consultant, managing projects including Financials, Supply Chain and the Payroll and Human Resources Management Series as well as CRM. Ted specializes in technical services and Human Resource Management/Payroll projects. His industry experience includes retail, professional services, manufacturing and distribution. Ted is certified in Microsoft Dynamics^™ GP Financials, Report Writer, FRx, Microsoft Dynamics^™ CRM Applications and Configuration.

Kyle Zipf   specializes in Microsoft Dynamics^™ AX design, deployment and training as well as AX for Retail and SYSPRO. Kyle has project experience in ERP, Web Development, Multi Channel Commerce and Retail development and alignment. Kyle has a Master's in Information Systems and a Master's Certification in Project Management and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.

Regie Eastman   is a project manager successfully assisting clients in implementing ERP solutions for over 12 years. Regie specializes in NetSuite design, deployment and training. Regie is certified in Microsoft SureStep. Her industry experience includes entertainment, distribution, beverage, health care, asset management companies and international companies with foreign currencies as well. Her project management experience also includes Microsoft Dynamics^™ GP.
